Returns Policy

If you change your mind within 28 days, we are happy to exchange your purchase provided it is returned, as sold, with all of the original packaging, tags and accessories. Please have your receipt with you to do this.

 

If any of our products fall below the standard you expect then please return them within 28 days and we will happily exchange/replace them or issue you with a credit note for the current selling price.

 

Shipping

We ship to UK addresses only.

 

Shipping is a flat rate of £6.00 per order, with FREE Shipping available for orders over £100.

 

Shipping is via the carrier DPD. 

 

If you choose to 'collect from our store', then shipping is FREE, but you have to collect from our showroom in Linwood PA3 3TP.
